| CRASHIN' IN 4 /2008 MIOU MIOU: LA LA GRANDE FINALE (Minty Fresh) Miou Miou is an East Bohemian band formed in the spring of 2003 characterized by girlish vocals sung in French. You'll hear a wide range of instruments, from analog synthesizers (Vermona, Farfisa, Delicia), oscillators, vibraphone, harp, kantele, to guitars, bass and drums. The band has also been known to remix tracks for various indie acts, including Deerhoof. They have also composed music for the animated film "Banicti rytiri" (The Knights of Banik) and music for the art installation "Space and Pendulum" by Eva Koupova. This release marks their first ever to come out in the U.S. Be prepared to see the band touring stateside in the spring. www.crashinin.com
